Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it’s shipped or manufactured. Full refunds are granted for cancellations made in time. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Return Guidelines
Customers can return items within 14 days after receiving them. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
We charge shipping only once, including for returns, and there is no restocking fee.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we’ll refund your purchase to your original payment method within a few days.
